There is no "off-season" for the Christian. We are called to be ready in season and out of season. We may not always be in that "mode", but we must surely be ready to correct, rebuke and encourage when necessary.
We have to be ready to preach the Gospel in every circumstance. Not just on mission projects. Not just when we are out during a witnessing hour. We are called to preach the Word when we are riding on the bus. We are called to live out the Gospel when we are in the cafeteria eating. We are called to shine the light of the Gospel in all our interactions throughout the day.
In every moment, in every opportunity, preach the Word. Be ready always. You never know when the Lord will use you next.
