15 - what was meant for evil, God can make good.

ive said it once, and ill say it again and again...and again. praise the Lord for the redemption of the internet! i still cant imagine how much of a blessing it is to have the resources that we Christians have in our generation. john piper at our fingertips! thoughts of driscoll on youtube! online webcasts of willow creek conferences.

truly, anything can be used for the glory of God.

here is another snippet i found that i found worth posting.

jon bloom in his article about "amazing grace in the wrekcage of adultery" writes:

"To those who, like David, have fallen, take heart. If you have repented and trust Christ, he has borne all your condemnation. And though you view with painful and appropriate regret the damage your adultery caused, keep your eyes open. It is like God to bring something unexpectedly and amazingly good from it. Because the grace of God is stronger than the sin of man."

again and again, God keeps putting the words "grace" and "mercy" into my life.
and ive found that in my current season, it is His grace and His mercy upon my life that causes me to rejoice in my sufferings. His grace is sufficient for me.

"not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings. because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.and hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us."
